How to hypnotise 1 day workshop

We had a great day on Saturday and Sunday in London on our 1 day hypnosis workshop.

We met 40 great people from all walks of life who all had an interesting time hypnotising each other and asking some really interesting questions about hypnosis and hypnosis phenomenon.

We will be doing more of these next year to satisfy the growing number of people who want to know how to make the most out of their minds.

Hypnosis as Jon explains is about manipulation and control - however that is expected surely. If you see a hypnotist then you expect the hypnotist to reverse whatever it is you want changing - from simple phobias to anxiety states. The hypnotist needs to be able to control your subconscious to do the work if the hypnotist doesn't have that ability then the problem won't be relieved. Simple really.

When you are hypnotised (properly) you don't have a choice. But then you don't have a choice either when the behaviour is first implanted either.

Jon hypnotised Andy on Saturday for his fear of lifts. Not only did we film him in a lift afterwards but just to make sure himself, when he was at the airport later he went up and down in the lift to see what he felt about it, something he wouldn't have done before.

You have an incredible power at your fingertips - understand it, learn to use it and have a great time.
